1. Who can use Naseeb

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to agree to these terms. You may only use Naseeb for yourself, and the information you give us must be accurate and kept up to date.

Some features, invites, or events may have additional eligibility requirements. Invitations are personal. If plus-one access is offered, it is subject to overall event capacity and must follow any rules shown in the app or checkout flow.

2. What Naseeb provides

Naseeb helps people discover curated introductions and attend in-person events. We decide how the service works, which features are available, and who receives event invitations.

Using Naseeb does not guarantee an invite, a match, a response, attendance by any other person, compatibility, or any relationship outcome.

3. Accounts, profiles, and access

You are responsible for your account, profile, and any activity that happens through your login or verification method. Keep your access details private and contact us if you think your account has been misused.

We may review, reject, limit, or remove profiles, photos, messages, invites, or account access where needed for safety, fraud prevention, operations, or community standards.

4. Events, tickets, cancellations, and refunds

Event tickets are subject to availability and are only confirmed after successful checkout. Prices, venues, schedules, guest lists, and event formats may change.

Tickets are for the invited person or approved plus-one and are not transferable unless we say otherwise. If you cancel before the stated cancellation deadline, eligible paid reservations are generally refunded to the original payment method. After that deadline, payments are usually non-refundable unless required by law or approved by us.

Approved plus-ones count toward overall event capacity. A plus-one may only attend if they were invited through the Naseeb app and successfully purchased a Naseeb ticket before arrival.

We may deny entry to any person, including a proposed plus-one, who arrives without a valid prior invitation and completed ticket purchase. Repeated attempts to bring an uninvited, unpaid, or otherwise unauthorized plus-one, or to pressure staff or venue personnel to admit them, may lead to denial of entry, cancellation of your booking, revocation of your invitation, suspension from future events, or account restrictions.

If we cancel, postpone, move, or materially change an event, we may offer a refund, credit, transfer, or other reasonable remedy.

5. Event photography and media

By attending a Naseeb event, you understand that photos, videos, and other recordings may be taken by us or on our behalf. You agree that your image, voice, or likeness may appear in that event media and may be used by Naseeb for promotional, social media, editorial, and internal business purposes without compensation. If you have a concern, please inform us in advance and we will try to accommodate it where reasonably possible, but we cannot guarantee complete exclusion from background footage or group photos.

6. Conduct and safety

You must follow our Code of Conduct whenever you use Naseeb or attend an event. Harassment, discrimination, threats, stalking, impersonation, and dishonest or unsafe behavior are not allowed.

You are responsible for your choices and interactions with other people, including after an event or away from our platform. Use good judgment and take normal safety precautions.

7. Content, photos, messages, and feedback

You remain responsible for the photos, messages, profile details, and feedback you submit. By submitting them, you give us permission to host, use, review, reproduce, and display that content as needed to operate, improve, moderate, and promote the service.

Do not upload or share anything illegal, infringing, deceptive, explicit, abusive, or invasive of someone else's privacy. We may remove content at any time.

8. Acceptable use of the platform

You may not:

• use Naseeb for fraud, spam, scraping, or any unauthorized commercial purpose,
• copy, reverse engineer, interfere with, or try to bypass the platform or its security,
• pretend to be someone else or misrepresent your identity, relationship status, or intent,
• record, photograph, or share private information about others without permission.

9. Privacy and communications

Your use of Naseeb is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By signing up, you agree that we may send you service-related messages about your account, invitations, events, safety, and transactions.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access, remove you from an event, or cancel a booking if we believe you violated these terms, created a safety risk, engaged in fraud, or used the service in a way that harms Naseeb, its users, staff, or partners.

This includes any attempts to bring unauthorized people to events or attempts to bypass event check-in or ticketing requirements.

11. Disclaimers

Naseeb is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, identity verification of every user, event availability, or any specific outcome from using the service.

12. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Naseeb will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for losses arising from interactions between users. If we are found liable, our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid to Naseeb for the relevant service or event in the 12 months before the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.

13. Changes and contact

We may update these terms from time to time by posting a new version on this page. Continuing to use Naseeb after an update means you accept the revised terms.
